Paul has 20 years of experience in HR technology. He has successfully driven growth, building and managing sales teams locally in Australia, across Asia, Europe and the US. Paul is passionate about using AI to support humans in their day-to-day work, having been an early pioneer in designing recruitment systems powered by AI to inform fairer and faster hiring decisions.
At the core of Paul’s motivation has been to improve social mobility at scale via technology, and this is why he is so excited about joining the Getmee.ai team, where the product is geared towards improving English as a second language for people who are migrating to English-speaking countries in search of work and progression.
