Colin is the only Leadership Consultant enabling teams to be safe, feel joy, and do more, by placing leadership into the hands of the whole team. His experience leading teams, and working with world-class organisations, has battle-proven his approaches, combining an understanding of What, Why, and How, with the key part that’s been missing – the Who. Working as a coach, mentor, trainer, and speaker he helps organisations build teams with independent minds, a shared spirit, and common goals. Outside of that, you’ll find him doing yoga in the garden, geeking out on geek, seeing how much heavy stuff he can lift, and playing board games with his family (who cheat incessantly!).
