Elly Johnson

Elly is all about people skills with expertise in the topics of truth, trust and communication. Elly understands that in every aspect of our lives we rely on our connections with other people to meet our personal and professional objectives and feel valued in society. She works with individuals and groups to help them gain greater self awareness, discover blind spots and develop advanced communication and people skills that lead to greater success.

Early in her career, Elly worked in law enforcement and this is where she gained a deep interest in people and communication. More specifically, she wanted to understand how to read body language and human behaviour and how to uncover critical information in high stake situations.

For the past 20 years, Elly has worked with diverse groups in Australia and around the globe. She gains satisfaction from seeing people reach a new level of understanding of human behaviour and being able to put new skills and awareness into action immediately.

Elly understands the critical nature of trust in personal and business relationships and helps people build trust and know who to trust. She also teaches skills to help protect from harmful deception and dishonesty in situations where the truth really matters.

Elly has a warm and engaging style and is proficient at adapting her content and her coaching and teaching style to any audience.
