Leading the Way in Employment Services: MTC Australia and Getmee AI Transform Workforce Readiness
MTC Australia, a not-for-profit employment services provider, partnered with Getmee AI to launch MTC CoachMe, an AI-driven app designed to enhance employability skills for job seekers across Australia.
Built on Getmee’s platform, MTC CoachMe delivers personalised coaching to improve communication and interview abilities. It is particularly valuable for participants from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds, providing a safe and flexible environment to practise English communication and build workplace confidence.
By integrating this innovative tool into their programmes, MTC has streamlined the work of trainers and advisors, allowing them to focus on meaningful human engagement while the app supports participants with tailored, on-demand coaching. This collaboration has positioned MTC as a leader in the national Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) programme, setting a new standard for technology-enabled workforce development.
“MTC CoachMe powered by Getmee is the perfect tool to incorporate into our employment and training programmes to help equip our students and job seekers for the challenges they face now and into the future as the workplace evolves. The app will be especially valuable to the large proportion of our participants, students, and job seekers who come from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.”
