Designed to strengthen digital literacy, professional communication, and English language skills, the app has become a vital tool in helping migrants and refugees transition into the Australian workforce and community life.
AMES Australia’s Skilled Professional Migrant Program (SPMP) supports professionals from overseas in finding employment that matches their qualifications and experience. The MyAMES Chat app was developed to extend that support beyond the classroom, allowing participants to practise English, build confidence, and develop digital skills at a time and place that suits them.
